Beautiful $630,000 home very close to the ocean!
Welcome to the foyer and hallway to this beautiful home.
Most of these walls were just primed but not even sanded yet.
Most of the trim in this house hadn't been caulked yet (for 20 years!), so of course we did it!

The trim needed caulking and a stress fracture starts in the corner and down the wall.
As you can see, we took the TV down off of the wall to be more thorough!
Here's one of a few more stress fractures we needed to repair before we started painting.
Final pics are finished in "French Canvas" with Benjamin Moore Regal Select.
We even hung the new mirror up to help out the home owner!
