Here's the entrance to the master bathroom of this great condo!
The vanity and all of the trim will be getting two fresh coats Benjamin Moore Regal Select semi gloss!
Cracks between the walls and sides of the vanity.
We took down this mirror for better results.
Removed the mirror.
Vanity, baseboard and door trim painted with two coats of Benjamin Moore Regal Select semi gloss!
Walls cut in twice, holes filled and sanded, ready to be painted with Benjamin Moore Regal Select Matte finish!
All done now - Rolled with two coats!
Some moderate damage at the top the sink/toilet divider that we fixed.
Mudded, sanded and ready for paint.
Voilla!

The closet door and trim before paint.
The closet door and trim finished with two coats of Benjamin Moore Regal Select semi gloss!
A big gap that we needed to fix!
Inside of the closet were built in shelves that we had to take out, as well as soot residue from a faulty heater.
The closet freshly painted and the built in shelves reinstalled.
The door trim is painted, now to paint the door itself, both sides.
The main door finished with two coats of Benjamin Moore - Regal Select - semi gloss.
As you can see here and in the following pics, the shower had some fairly significant water damage.
We didn't take many pics, but we did several repairs to and painted the ceiling with two coats of Benjamin Moore premium ceiling paint.
Their exhaust fan had a melted lens and a worn out, noisy motor.
Both the lens and motor were fixed with oem replacement parts. Nice, clean and quiet now!
